A graduate of ISG and holder of a Master's degree from ESSEC, Guillaume held various management positions at ISS and then Elior before joining Phone Régie, a brand of Armonia, specialising in corporate hospitality. In 2003, Patrick Thélot entrusted him with the operational management of Phone Régie. In September 2011, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Armonia Group before taking over as Chief Executive Officer in 2018, with responsibility for international operations. At the same time, Guillaume is responsible for the general management of various Armonia brands (Armonia Hospitality, Phone Régie, Muséa, Côme, Oxila and Avenir RH). Guillaume sits on the Strategic Committee of the Sofinord Group.

Since 1974, Patrick Thélot and his teams have been working for the development and success of the Group. For many years, he was Managing Director of Armonia before entrusting the position to Guillaume Amar. Patrick Thélot remains Chairman of Armonia.
