Front of House staff is a job very fulfilling because of the diversity of the missions achieved. You will have to carry out several duties, such as greeting guests, offering all appropriate services to ensure a good visitor experience, escorting guests to appropriate meeting rooms and maintaining standards of housekeeping.
As Front of House staff, you will also need to lead and encourage the team you work with, report any incident that could happen and manage the keys of the residents.
Some personal attributes are essential for this position: being proactive and having strong interpersonal and communication skills are some of them!
