They are the first point of contact for the colleagues and answer any email, telephone and HR inbox queries they receive from them.
They also resolve any customer service enquiries, issues and complaints.
Their missions also include the creation of regular reports and presentations, and the note taking in employee relations meetings.
The Office Administrator likes working in a fast-paced administrative role, using their organisational skills. Their job also requires a good attention to details, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
