.Facilitess at LADAPT Châtillon for the EWEPD

Our brand Facilitess is committed, like Armonia, to the integration of people with disabilities.
With this in mind, Julie Baldazzini, recruitment officer, and Aurélie Burani, disability advisor at Facilitess, took part yesterday in a day of simulated job interviews with disabled people from LADAPT in Châtillon.
During this day, they were able to give advice to candidates to help them approach their future interviews with confidence.
The Facilitess teams particularly appreciated this moment, rich in sharing and discovery!
As a reminder, this is the 25th edition of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, an event that is particularly close to our hearts! This year, the theme of the EWEPD is the following: Youth with disabilities and employment.
