Today, focus on the job of… Valet Concierge at Office Concierge!


 

Working in a luxury residential building, the Valet Concierge has many duties, always striving to provide residents with the best possible experience.

 

They must remain ready to receive and deliver residents’ vehicles at all times and follow the instructions of the managers to ensure that the delivery expectations are met.

They manage and maintain vehicle key handling, ensure the adherence of health and safety equipment and work alongside the concierge team to assist any resident care services. 

In order to give a great service to residents, the Valet Concierge has to anticipate their needs.

 

More than dealing with residents’ cars, they also cover the entrance of the building, providing a physical security presence to the property.

 

To work as Valet Concierge, a driving licence is required. Discretion, attention to detail and sense of service are also assets to succeed in this role.
