A Residential Mobile Receptionist works in prestigious addresses across London and is covering annual leaves, appointments and absences. As a consequence, they need to be fully flexible and open to work day and night in our several residential sites.

 

What are the duties of a Residential Mobile Receptionist? 

They are here to provide a seamless service to all internal and external visitors, greeting them and ensuring them a smooth execution of the visitor journey. They escort all visitors to appropriate rooms, deal with all enquiries (over the phone, via email or face to face) and report any faulty equipment.

Depending on the needs, they also have other duties such as switchboard operations or keys management.
