The Residence Manager’s goal at Office Concierge is first to make sure that the Concierge and Lifestyle teams provide a friendly and efficient concierge service to all guests and residents.  

 

They also aim at encouraging relationships between the concierge team, building management and residents.  

 

 

How do they achieve their goals? 

 

They coordinate and monitor the moving in and out process of the residents through a well organised planning and good communication. They make sure that all quality standards are met by the concierge, cleaning and yardmen teams.  

 

With their service-oriented personality, they communicate with the residents on all reactive and planned maintenance requirements within the building and the apartments. They also make sure everyone is up to date with the information.  

 

Always ready to help and try to meet everyone's needs, the Residence Manager is passionate about their job!
