What are the missions of Receptionist at bouwens&? 

 

Welcoming and guiding visitors, the receptionist is the first point of contact in a building for employees and visitors. They ensure excellent service while answering and handling phone calls and mails, but also providing guests with coffee or tea. 

 

The Receptionist makes sure that the reception room is always presentable to ensure a good visitors’ experience. Other tasks such as various administrative missions are also part of their job. 

 

 

To complete all their missions, they have a hospitable and service-oriented attitude. Motivation and energy are key elements of their personality, along with high-adaptability and a good sense of responsibility.
