A Multisite Receptionist is always ready to give a warm welcome to visitors, wherever they might work. Their aim is to achieve excellent quality of service and exceptional visitor experience. In order to achieve this, they meet and greet visitors, attending to their needs and guiding them to their appointments for example.  

 

This work requires a great sense of service, excellent communication skills and a driving licence as the Multisite Receptionist changes places of work almost every day. Being a Dutch company, Bouwens& needs Multisite Receptionists able to talk fluent Dutch and English. 

The diversity of their missions is what makes the job of Multisite Receptionist so interesting. Every day is different and being willing to travel is a key to liking the job. They will be replacing colleagues or be extra force during peak moments or events.
