Our Human Resources Assistant has several tasks to complete such as preparing contracts of employment, managing replacement in case of illness, informing clients when employees are absent, preparing payslips or managing holidays.
To be a good Human Resources Assistant, it is important to have knowledge of labour law, to be discreet, well organised and autonomous. Having writing and interpersonal skills is also needed for this job, as well as having a service mindset.
