At Office Concierge, being HR Advisor means working on several missions from employee relations to payroll.
For example, they provide accurate advice to the staff on every question related to policies, company procedures, employee benefits, payroll queries… They also provide advice to managers and ensure that all company policy and procedures are up to date.
Providing innovative ideas to drive the business forward and managing the maternity and paternity leaves are part of their everyday life. Each month, they also lead the payroll checking process and make sure every salary change has been processed correctly.
They also have other various responsibilities such as taking part in the annual engagement survey and analysis.
