Today, focus on the job of Front Desk Receptionist at Office Concierge!


 

Our Front Desk Receptionist main concern is to provide a seamless service to all internal and external clients. 

They are here to greet all visitors efficiently, offering them all services required. They escort guests to appropriate rooms, maintain standards of housekeeping and report any faulty equipment in order to avoid any disruption. They also manage resident keys, adhere to the security protocols and deal with any enquiries over the phone, face to face or via email. 

 

As Front Desk Receptionist, you are expected to lead by example and encourage your teams.

 

To succeed in this role, it is important to be able to work under pressure, to be proactive and to have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
