At Receptel, the Facility and Office Manager works every day to supervise all staff facilities and external contractors. With their high attention to detail, they ensure that the regulatory requirements are implemented, and they implement concepts to optimize internal services.  

 

They also keep financial and non-financial reports and hold regular account meetings to ensure the highest service delivery.  

 

The Facility and Office Manager is also responsible for the health and safety, knowing every obligation. Comfortable alternating between people management and supplier management, they participate in the onboarding of new joiners as well as manage demands of office meetings. 

 

To complete the personality of our Facility and Office Manager, we can add that they are able to assess technical and financial information. Moreover, they have a flexible approach, and they know how to manage conflicting priorities.
