Today, focus on the job of… an Event Team Manager at Office Concierge!


 

An Event Team Manager at Office Concierge is there to lead the team of concierge and lifestyle managers for our Privée service. Aiming at achieving optimal customer satisfaction for each client, the Event Team Manager manages and strengthens team relationships across the entire portfolio.

 

What does this job look like daily?

Regarding people management, the Event Team Management manages the lifestyle coordinators, makes sure that they meet their targets and helps them develop their performance. 

 

Client management is also a big part of their job, as they need to make sure that the clients’ expectations are met in order to build strong relationships with them. 

 

Then, to improve the quality of work of the company, the Event Team Manager does strategic reports. They therefore meet weekly with the senior management team and try to resolve every operational and clients’ complaints.


 

This job is very fulfilling and gives the opportunity to work with an amazing team, passionate about service excellence.
