Our Corporate Receptionists are highly qualified to offer visitors a great experience. They will provide companies with many services such as greeting and meeting visitors, operating phones, making arrangements (like booking rooms or handling catering for events)... 

The companies trust them to direct guests to the right location, to provide information, to take messages for incoming calls, to manage emails and so on.

 

The Corporate Receptionist is essential for the proper functioning of the organization. Moreover, they are often the first impression that visitors have about a company. That is why they need to have perfect communication skills and a good sense of service. Knowledge of the company and its staff is also important to be a good Corporate Receptionist.
