Proactive and involved, they welcome visitors with a warm welcome, take care of them and accompany them to their appointments.
Being a true connecting factor between visitors, employees and suppliers, they coordinate the daily activities of the office.
Our Assistant Office Manager is independent and a real multi-tasking person. They also have good communication skills in Dutch and in English both verbally and written.
