Mahola, Armonia's brand and market leader in high-end hospitality services, announces the appointment of Barbara Grandsire as General Manager, replacing Claude Guillaume who retired.

This appointment reinforces Mahola's desire to source professionalism, commitment and high standards in the service of the customer, values that Barbara Grandsire was committed to developing during 9 years as Deputy to Claude Guillaume. This winning strategy has contributed to Mahola's status as a reference and prestigious agency in this highly competitive market.

 

Barbara Grandsire holds a Master's degree in Information & Communication from the University of Paris X Nanterre. She joined Armonia in 2006 and has held several commercial positions in different brands of the Group.  Since 2011, she has been in charge of the Privilege Hospitality and Retail divisions and more recently of the Mahola Airport division.

 

"Recognised for her professional and managerial qualities, Barbara will enable Mahola to continue its growth dynamic, particularly in the run-up to the 2024 Olympic Games, a key event for the industry.       Fifteen students will take place in the first iteration of this course, all from diverse backgrounds and career stages. Some of them have just returned from abroad, some are in retraining and for others it was a happy surprise of an opportunity. These new Armonia employees are all in a single class preparing for a Master's degree in Customer Relations and Marketing Management.

       

      In addition to our commitment to training and professionalisation of young people, apprenticeships such as this, are a good way to devise a high-potential pool of talent and to strengthen our teams, particularly Account Managers.

       

      This dedicated Armonia class is also an opportunity for the Group to promote its brands to a student population and to find out more about the dynamic and innovative Soft FM sector.

      Alongside the Secretary of State Sophie Cluzel and around a hundred other French business personalities, the Chairman of the Armonia Group, Patrick Thélot, was keen to lend his support and affirm his longstanding commitment to ensure the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace. 

       

      Among the commitments made by the signatories are: optimising access to company tools for people with disabilities and the regular implementation of internal awareness-raising sessions to fight stereotypes and discrimination that may occur. 

       

      This signature is a continuation of the actions implemented by our ‘Mission Handicap’. Since the signing of its first agreement nearly ten years ago, Phone Régie has seen its employment rate of disabled workers almost double.
