The Armonia Group, major player in facilities solutions, is going on with its external growth strategy and announces the acquisition of the activities of Anabas, an English group specialized in facility management services which achieved a turnover of €25 million in 2020.
Already established in the UK since 2018, Armonia consolidates its presence on this market through this acquisition.
This transaction aligns perfectly with Armonia’s ambition to continue its international development and to strengthen its positions on the European facility management market.
"This investment supports the group's growth objectives and will allow us to leverage our excellence expertise to meet the new needs of our customers. Anabas has a vision of FM that is close to Armonia's, placing the user and occupier at the centre of their approach. Alistair Craig, the Managing Director, will continue to lead the company.
With this new acquisition, we are strengthening our capacity to support our clients in pan-European challenges", says Guillaume Amar, Armonia's Managing Director.
An investment to consolidate our presence in the UK
Already present in the UK since 2018 with the acquisition of Office Concierge, Anabas' offering strengthens Armonia's corporate hospitality and concierge services business and makes the UK Armonia's second largest market in Europe, after France.
The two companies, Anabas and Office Concierge, will be autonomous and complementary, allowing for efficient synergies in terms of business and innovation.
