.Armonia strengthens its international positioning through its partnership with Bouwens&!

Armonia Group, major player in Facility Solutions, announces that it has acquired a majority stake in the Dutch company called Bouwens&. This strategic acquisition makes it possible for Armonia to strengthen its offer to companies and to confirm its position abroad.

 

Created in 2003, Bouwens& is specialised in Hospitality Management, with a particular expertise in reception and security services, which account for more than 90% of its turnover. Since 2019, Bouwens& has also been using its skills for event management activities.

Bouwens& has a turnover of €8.5 million in 2020 and employs 210 people. The company works historically in the west of the country for some forty customers in all sectors.

 

 

An investment to consolidate Armonia’s international presence

 

This partnership illustrates Armonia’s wish to strengthen its position of leader in the reception and Hospitality Management sectors in Europe, where the market is highly competitive.

Bouwens&’s experience and deep knowledge of the market gives Armonia the opportunity to have a privileged approach to professional affinity targets in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

The complementarity of skills and expertise will strengthen Armonia’s corporate reception services to keep creating memorable and innovative experiences for their clients.
