Armonia, a major player in the Hospitality and Facility Management market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophie Auger-Mongenot as Managing Director of Armonia. 
 

Sophie Auger-Mongenot succeeds Guillaume Amar. 
 

With over 15 years of experience at Armonia, Sophie Auger-Mongenot previously held the position of Managing Director of the Armonia Workplace division, which includes the brands Facilitess, Armonia Hospitality, Steamo, and Tertio. She also oversaw Armonia's subsidiaries in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. 
 

Graduated in Political Science and International Relations, Sophie has over 25 years of experience in various service companies in operational, commercial, and executive roles.

"My primary mission will be to meet the needs of our clients and support our employees in the face of evolving work trends. Sophie comes from a bi-cultural family and spent the early years of her life in Africa. She is a mother of two children and is combining her career with studies this year. She has joined the General Management Master's program at ESSEC. Additionally, she is involved in various associations such as Les Rois du Monde or the African Diaspora Women, which recently awarded her the Inspiring Woman prize.

      Laurence is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the high-end automotive sector. She developed her leadership within four international groups from different cultures: Porsche France, SEAT France, Infiniti West Europe, and Ducati West Europe. She has solid expertise and valuable assets for our group. Laurence has notably contributed to digital transformation, strengthening brand image, and sales growth. 

        

      Laurence brings a new perspective on marketing and communication, at the turn of 50 years of the Sofinord group, to support and meet commercial challenges and strengthen Armonia's position. 

        

      Her experience and vision will be real assets during this crucial period, and we are convinced that this collaboration will be beneficial.
