In order to retain the expertise and experience acquired by THA (The Hostess Agency), the Armonia Group acquired a 70%  stake in the company's shares and confirmed Yoann Coulon as Managing Director. He will be assisted by Erika Lahssini, Director of Operations.

Founded by Yoann Coulon, a French entrepreneur, THA is a leading company specialising in events management hospitality. THA is based in Dubai and also operates in 6 emirates. Its offer consists in assisting companies, providing them with the necessary personnel for their event needs. Established in 2015, THA currently has 10 permanent employees and over 2,000 actionable freelancers. It achieved a turnover of 3.5 million in 2019.

 

With this additional expertise, Armonia aims to expand its activities in the United Arab Emirates, particularly in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. THA will be present at the World Expo in some of the Pavilions, taking care of the hospitality for their visitors and audiences. THA and Armonia are aiming to win business during the upcoming World Cup in Qatar.

 

With the support of Armonia, THA intends to continue its development by: 
Creating new services, in line with Armonia's historical activities in Europe (Facility Solutions: hospitality, security, occupancy services, sales promotion, retail, staffing...) Investing in business development with the support of the Group's support services on sales and marketing issues.
